Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of supervisory experience in facility construction.
• Experience on commercial or industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M.
• Valid US driver's license and valid passport; willingness to travel 70%+.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction activities, including determining methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate work with different crafts, departments, or contractors; maintain communication with unions.
• Monitor safety programs, ensure materials and inspections support schedules.
• Communicate with executives, clients, and vendors to align on project goals.
• Track progress with metrics and adjust plans to meet challenges.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Seek innovative approaches to improve processes and outcomes.
