Job summary

Walbridge is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale construction projects across commercial and industrial sectors. The role covers the full lifecycle from feasibility through completion, including budgets, plans, and team assembly.

You will schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft activities across multiple trades, maintain safety standards, and engage with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within quality targets.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of supervisory experience in facility construction projects (commercial or industrial).
• Experience on Commercial or Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M.
• Valid US driver’s license and valid passport; willingness to travel 70%+.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction activities, determine methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate work with various crafts and departments; resolve issues and maintain union communications.
• Monitor safety programs and ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support schedules.
• Communicate with executives, clients, and vendors to align on project goals and concerns.
• Track progress with metrics and adjust plans to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage new technologies.
