Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to develop and execute project plans for highly complex projects in Las Vegas. You will manage teams, schedule sequencing, and drive safety, quality, and cost control aligned with JE Dunn's strategy.

The role requires extensive field leadership, coordination with owners and design teams, and a strong focus on Lean construction practices and procurement support.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 12+ years construction experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience leading Lean principles on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project safety culture and ensure injury‑free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and workflow for projects of significant complexity.
• Develop and execute project plan, schedule, and budget with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate field operations, meetings, and reporting to owners and design teams.
• Oversee QA/QC, procurement, and material management; support closeouts.
• Lead pursuit and pre‑planning activities for projects; drive continuous improvement.
