Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead complex projects, develop the plan, and oversee all phases from start to finish. You will manage teams, subcontractors, and the project schedule, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with company standards across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of construction experience and strong leadership with a track record of Lean implementations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury‑free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and project workflows.
• Oversees budgets, cost reporting, and procurement processes.
• Develops work plans and coordinates timelines with stakeholders.
• Manages project site care, custody and control, and QA/QC.
• Governs project meetings and prepares progress reports.
