Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience with thorough knowledge of substation construction.

• Ability to read and analyze blueprints and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-voltage projects including substations and data centers.
• Conduct material takeoff and ensure accurate Bills of Materials.
• Mentor crew members and manage personnel effectively.
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are met.

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
