Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical design-build projects across the United States. This role requires hands-on leadership from preconstruction through project closeout, directing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–25 years as a Lead or Senior Superintendent, willingness to travel nationwide, and proficiency with construction management tools such as

Qualifications

• 5–25 years as Lead/Senior Superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction to punch list.
• Direct subcontractors, resolve field conflicts, and maintain schedule.
• Support project team with sequencing, manpower, and equipment planning.
• Ensure work meets spec, stays on schedule, and meets profitability targets.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and key documents.
• Maintain open communication with the project team on progress and issues.
• Complete daily reports documenting project details and client interactions.
• Enforce company safety program across all project phases.
