Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical projects. You will manage field operations, budgets, and schedules from day one, traveling as needed to oversee multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 5–25+ years in construction with at least 5 years in lead superintendent roles, proficiency with scheduling tools, and a valid driver’s license. ARCO offers extensive benefits and growth in a travel-forward role.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years in construction with 5+ years as lead superintendent on data center projects.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Attend preplanning meetings and obtain project details.
• Prepare schedules, labor, and equipment requirements with the project manager.
• Direct and control the project to meet specs, time and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project schedules.
• Inform supervisors of schedule changes and approve key reports.
• Report progress to owners/architects and maintain liaison with leadership.
• Maintain daily project diary and ensure safety program adherence.
• Organize crews and resources to deliver on commitments.
