Job summary

tribalone is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety policies. The role collaborates with project managers, engineers and contractors to maintain schedule and budget while driving high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 (preferred), USACE CQM (preferred) certification and CPR/1st Aid certification.
• Ability to pass background checks for Tribal 1 and federal requirements.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel to Colorado construction sites (50-75% travel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets contract requirements and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality or safety issues.
• Maintain and submit reports on progress, quality, and safety for stakeholders.
• Lead safety inspections and enforce PPE usage on site; document incidents and corrective actions.
