Job summary

Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company is seeking dynamic Assistant Superintendents to join our team in Atlanta (and Raleigh). You will work closely with Senior Superintendents and Project Managers to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.

The role emphasizes coordinating site activities, maintaining schedules, and upholding safety and quality across commercial construction projects.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial construction or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solving and decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate team members.
• Commitment to safety and quality on all sites.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing construction sites and coordinating subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Help maintain safety programs and safe working environments on site.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules to meet milestones.
• Support quality control processes to ensure workmanship meets project specs.
• Aid in preparing and maintaining project documentation and daily logs.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization for a professional work environment.
