Job summary

Cooper Tacia General Contracting is seeking a Traveling Senior Superintendent to lead on-site management of construction projects across the southeastern United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, working closely with Project Managers to drive success.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in commercial construction, strong subcontractor oversight, and the ability to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in commercial construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on-site.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight throughout the southeastern U.S.
• Willingness to learn new technologies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and guiding employees.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents to advance their careers.
