Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to meet timelines and budgets
• Proficiency with construction management software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership on the job site and mentor Assistant Superintendents
• Oversee site management, subcontractor coordination and on-site safety
• Mentor and develop junior staff to advance their careers
• Coordinate work of subcontractors to ensure timely, quality completion
• Maintain project documentation including logs and reports
• Uphold quality control and industry standards on all sites
