Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a full-time traveling Environmental Health & Safety professional to support sports projects nationwide. The role reports to the Sports Market Segment Group and demands prior sports project experience.

You will enforce EH&S programs on a project-wide basis, lead training, and drive incident reduction while ensuring compliance with regulations and owner requirements. Travel is required across the United States.

Qualifications

• CHST certification required or within 2 years of appointment.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour training and current First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED certifications.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
• Ability to identify safety exposures and lead corrective actions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S on a single construction project and enforce safety policy.
• Provide safety leadership, manage time and resources.
• Assess safety practices and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
• Train project staff, subcontractors, and Turner trades on EH&S programs.
