veitusa is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to bid and secure construction projects. You will lead the entire contract lifecycle from pre-bid through completion, coordinating scheduling, cost control, and client contact.

The role requires building client relationships, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with operations, and ensuring safety and on-time delivery. Occasional travel and pre-employment requirements apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Construction Bidding and Project Management software.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Teams desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Bid opportunities through client relationships and postings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and future clients.
• Estimate projects for bid submittal by reviewing plans and quotes.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and staffing needs.
• Obtain permits and licenses.
• Manage project costs, billing, and cash flow.
• Ensure safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Communicate project status to leadership.
• Travel to job sites up to 10%.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
