Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years experience or equivalent.
• Experience with bidding and project management software.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• MS Teams experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for management, staff, vendors and regulators.
• Ability to present information to top management and clients.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Seek out and complete bid opportunities through client relationships and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Estimate projects for bid submittal by reviewing plans, quantities, quotes.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings to ensure communication between teams.
• Work with operations to coordinate construction methods and staffing.
• Obtain necessary permits and licensing.
• Manage costs by tracking labor, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee billing and accounts receivable to ensure timely payables.
• Ensure compliance with EEO/DBE project requirements.
• Maintain project safety, budget, and schedule within deadlines.
• Toubleshoot project issues and manage scope changes to protect profitability.
• Coordinate efforts with project owner and general contractor.
