Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of related experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in construction bidding and project management software.
• Strong communication skills for internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Bid opportunities: identify and pursue via client relationships and postings.
• Manage awarded projects from start to finish: schedule, cost control, progress, compliance, client contact.
