Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related experience; equivalent combination allowed.
Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
Negotiation skills
Utilize BIM and lean methodologies
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal relationship building skills
Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
Responsibilities
Resolve issues related to plans and specifications to avoid delays and impact to productivity with base team, architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and Turner staff.
Manage project budget through Change Order Management; gather data to reconcile budget.
Apply knowledge of estimates, contracts, and subcontract documents to decisions on drawings and subcontract information.
Ensure timely release of materials/equipment to meet construction schedule; publish delivery dates to suppliers and team.
Collect invoices, assist with pay apps, and gather trade partner time sheets for billing verification.
Contribute to ORM, Profit Plan, and CAB reports.
Distribute schedule, scope details, and information for construction to parties.
Manage submittals and shop drawings; coordinate with trades to resolve conflicts.
Negotiate change orders; obtain estimates and approvals; resolve conflicts.
Supervise staff and approve timesheets; provide input on performance appraisals.
Prepare Scope of Work documents for trades.
Develop General Conditions, labor, safety, Change Orders logs, and QC reports.
Schedule/lead meetings for trade coordination, preconstruction, submittals.
Other duties as assigned.
