Turner Construction Company is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager-level professional to manage information necessary to complete the project on time, within budget, and to contract standards. The role includes supervising assistants and interns and reporting to the Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Executive.

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) and LEAN.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and Owner's Representatives to resolve issues.
• Oversee and make decisions related to contract drawings and subcontract information, ensuring alignment with the estimate.
• Manage the project budget.
• Manage submittals and shop drawings, assess conformance to contract specifications, and resolve conflicts in interpretation.
• Negotiate change orders and manage information on changes in the work; prepare independent analyses and obtain approvals.
• Oversee the close-out process and prepare final records for the project (RFIs, close-out records, warranties, as-builts, OMs, attic stock, spare parts).
• Supervise Assistant Engineers, Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns; provide input on performance appraisals.
• Prepare Scope of Work documents for trades.
• Develop reports such as General Conditions Items, labor, safety, change order logs and quality control.
• Schedule and manage subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings.
