Job summary

You will lead safety culture, manage preconstruction activities, and coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include managing submittal processes, pricing, bid packages, and change requests, plus reporting on project status and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered; driving license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for the project or portion of a larger project.
• Maintain relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
• Manage prestart process and plan/implement buyout schedule.
• Review submittals, shop drawings and samples with architects/engineers.
• Coordinate pricing and scheduling with subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in risk analysis and change management with project team.
• Lead monthly project reviews and owner/architect meetings.
• Develop and update project schedules; manage resources to meet timelines.
