Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager I in Austin to lead overall project direction in concert with the Project Superintendent. You will build relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors while implementing strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, subcontractor management, schedule, budgeting, and risk analysis across the project lifecycle. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage preconstruction activities including takeoff and bid package development.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and resource plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, design teams and vendors.
