Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team for ongoing projects across Arizona. This role involves constructing and finishing foundations, equipment pads, and bases that support telecommunications shelters.

The ideal candidate has residential or commercial experience, is safety‑conscious, and able to travel monthly throughout Arizona to various sites. A valid driver’s license is required and OSHA 10 certification is expected or pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Previous carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
