Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. The role involves constructing and finishing foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters, with travel throughout Arizona.

You will read drawings, set forms, and apply finishing techniques while maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate has residential or commercial experience, valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it after hire.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
