Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. The role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters while traveling across Arizona.

The ideal candidate has residential or commercial experience and is committed to safety and workmanship. Travel occurs every four weeks, with a living-out allowance and health benefits.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold an OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain it shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher is required.
• Carpentry experience is an asset for this role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
