Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to build foundations and bases for telecommunications shelters across Arizona. The role requires reading drawings, setting forms, and applying finishing techniques while upholding high safety standards.

The ideal candidate has prior concrete finishing experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel and participate in Ledcor’s benefits package is expected.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
