Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our travel-ready team across Arizona. You will construct and finish foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters while reading drawings and following project specs.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
• Set and align wooden forms
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
