Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a traveling Community Management Specialist to oversee daily administration, operations, and staff across manufactured home communities. You will manage rent collections, leasing, and maintenance coordination while ensuring a high standard of resident service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a willingness to travel extensively. A 2–3 year property management background and a valid driver’s license are essential, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, communication and organization skills.
• Detail oriented; ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; extended travel.
• Valid operator’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection of rentals, late fees, and other payments.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff.
• Inspect community grounds and homes; promote pride and propose improvements.
• Manage and assign maintenance tasks using the Maintenance Work Order system.
• Attract new residents and retain current occupancy.
• Manage all leasing activities and processes.
• Process, approve and forward invoices; maintain petty cash and receipts.
• Maintain employee files, timesheets, and records for compensation and benefits.
• Organize paperwork flow and maintain financial operations per budget.
• Ensure safety and timely data entry in management software.
• Build relationships with residents and address needs to resolve issues.
