Job summary

NHE, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Assistant Community Manager to oversee sales operations, pricing, collections, and resident services across multiple properties.

You will lead the sales team from lead generation through lease closure, ensuring adherence to policies and high customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to travel between properties, manage leasing processes, and support the Community Manager in renewing leases and optimizing occupancy.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (not required) and strong communication skills.
• Property Manager License required within six months of employment.
• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or customer service is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish to achieve sales goals.
• Find qualified leads through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Monitor closing ratios and coach sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure leasing paperwork is accurate and leads are followed through to closure.
• Travel to properties within the portfolio as required by leadership.
