Post Road Management is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee multiple residential communities in Kansas. You will lead onsite teams, drive occupancy, revenue, resident retention, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, financial analysis, onboarding and coaching, and coordinating maintenance and capital projects to maximize NOI. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to foster a positive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple communities.
• LIHTC experience & certification strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of multiple communities and ensure financial objectives.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, delinquency, resident retention, and turnover.
• Lead onboarding and training, conduct performance discussions, promote accountability.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and supervise maintenance coordination.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
