Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Tax-Credit and HUD property management.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Conversant with Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management for residential multifamily communities.
• Manage outreach, sales, and customer service efforts.
• Prepare financial reports for property management.
