Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Community Manager for affordable housing across multiple residential properties. Responsibilities include managing outreach, compliance, and staffing for operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in property management with a focus on Tax-Credit and HUD Project-Based Section 8.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of multifamily apartment communities.
• Manage outreach, sales, and customer service efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
