The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in property management, preferably with a strong financial acumen. The position offers competitive annual pay ranging from $55k to $75k and benefits such as paid vacation and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Tax-Credit and HUD property management.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in residential property management as a Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management of residential multifamily apartment communities.
• Manage outreach, sales, and customer service efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and operational policies.
