Job summary

Pratum Co is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a DC/MD/VA region. The role requires managing a multi-site affordable housing portfolio, ensuring occupancy, compliance, and strong financial results.

Extensive LIHTC and Section 8 experience, plus multi-site portfolio leadership, are essential. Travel up to 80% and in-person oversight are expected; CPM/HCCP/COS certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of affordable LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 property management experience.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios (6+ communities) preferred with certifications.
• Must be willing to travel 80%+ and supervise on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned properties and achieve financial goals.
• Review financials, prepare owner reports, and attend asset management meetings.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; enforce safety and regulations.
• Prepare budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate inspections and compliance.
• Travel to properties within the RPM's portfolio as needed.
