Job summary

Lithko/Full Tilt Contracting is seeking a Traveling Sr. Superintendent to join our Travel Team. You will plan the execution phase of large-scale projects and collaborate with the operations team to craft an overall project plan.

The role requires five+ years in project execution with a major contractor or concrete contractor, self-performing concrete work, and willingness to travel nationwide with on-site rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive project execution experience with a large-scale self-performing general contractor or concrete contracting firm.
• Experience in self-performing concrete work is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and be on-site according to rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals for their portion of work are met.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to stakeholders.
