Qualifications

• Two or more years in a medical practice environment preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (Athena preferred) and data-driven coaching.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to practice locations to deliver training and observe operations.
• Facilitate remote training sessions and lead workshops.
• Review workflows and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
• Develop and deliver educational materials for new workflows.
