Job summary

Millennium Physician Group seeks a Clinical Excellence Trainer to coach clinicians and support staff across multiple sites. You will analyze workflows, train on Millennium platforms, and drive improvements in clinical and clerical practices to boost medical margin.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, deliver on-the-job coaching, and collaborate with Learning & Development and Clinical Systems teams to implement updated workflows and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical practice organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
• EMR experience, preferably Athena.
• Strong understanding of Value-Based programs.
• Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving and empathy in teaching.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all practice locations to deliver training and validate efficiencies.
• Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and lead workshops.
• Observe clinic workflows and provide actionable feedback.
• Review provider notes to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Create educational materials and update workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify skill gaps and provide support.
• Partner with Super Users to train peers and drive process improvements.
• Provide onsite and remote guidance to establish operational success.
• Report findings from coaching and site visits to leadership.
