Job summary

Millennium Physician Group (MPG) is seeking a Clinical Excellence Trainer to coach clinical, clerical, and provider teams across practice locations. The role focuses on teaching knowledge areas to drive clinical margin and optimize workflows within Mosaic platforms and related healthcare systems.

The ideal candidate will travel extensively, deliver both in-person and remote training, and partner with Super Users and quality teams to improve provider experience and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all practice locations to deliver training and observe operations.
• Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and lead workshops.
• Review workflows and provide actionable feedback to improve patient care and provider experience.
• Create and deliver educational materials to implement updated workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support.
• Engage in coaching and development sessions with Super Users to train peers.
