Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Clinical Excellence Trainer to coach clinical and clerical staff across practice locations. The role emphasizes on-the-job training, refining workflows, and improving provider experience through coaching in EHR and operational processes.

You will develop materials, assess needs, and partner with Super Users to scale training. Travel up to 80% is required, with remote sessions and hands-on clinic observations to ensure best practices are adopted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CMA/RMA or LPN credentials preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and teaching skills required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all practice locations to deliver training and observe operations.
• Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and collect feedback for improvements.
• Conduct hands-on observations of clinic workflows and provide actionable coaching insights.
• Create and deliver educational materials to implement new workflows and best practices using Mosaic’s EMR.
• Collaborate with staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and leadership on progress.
