Job summary

Millennium Physician Group seeks a Clinical Excellence Trainer to coach clinical, clerical, and provider staff across North Carolina. Qualifications

• An associate's degree in a relevant field is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical practice organization.
• Preferred CMA/RMA or LPN credentials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably Athena.
• Strong understanding of Value-Based programs (e.g., HCC, Quality Measures).

Responsibilities

• Travel to all practice locations to deliver training and observe operations.
• Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and staff.
• Observe clinic workflows and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Review provider notes to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Create educational materials to implement new workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training.
