Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
Collect market feedback and survey data accurately.
Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
Document activity results and reporting in designated systems.
Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
