The role emphasizes engaging adults through one-on-one conversations, distributing promotions, and collecting feedback to build brand awareness. Ideal candidates are outgoing, confident communicators with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion through reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support visits and events.
