Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory. You'll engage adult consumers in one-on-one conversations, share promotions, collect feedback, and help build memorable brand experiences.

The role requires weekend-style schedule (Wednesday-Sunday) with daily travel within the territory. You must be 21+, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with adults in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers.
• Travel throughout the territory to support visits and events.
• Document activity results and reporting.
