Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory.

You will engage adults through one-on-one conversations, share promotions, collect feedback, and help drive brand experiences. Ideal candidates are outgoing, confident communicators who can stand for long periods, travel within the territory, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support retail visits and events.
