Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout the territory. You will engage adults in one-on-one conversations, present offers, and gather feedback while traveling to assigned stores.

No tobacco industry experience is required, only a great personality and customer-focused attitude. The role offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and next-day pay with DailyPay, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous brand ambassador, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and comply with policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Distribute promotions and collect market feedback via surveys.
• Travel throughout the territory to scheduled visits and events.
