2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adults in one-on-one conversations, share brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotions.

This role involves daily travel, schedules from Wednesday to Sunday, and requires reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Competitive pay, benefits, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous brand ambassador/retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to engage customers in-store.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within assigned territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers.
• Educate consumers on promotions.
• Document activity results and reporting.
