Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across Kentucky. You will engage adult consumers in conversations, gather feedback, and distribute offers, while traveling within your territory.

No tobacco industry experience required; a great personality and communication skills are key. The role offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, next-day pay with DailyPay, benefits, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult consumers with brand conversations and promotions.
• Verify age eligibility and comply with policies and regulations.
• Collect market feedback and complete surveys.
• Distribute promotional materials and incentives.
• Document activity results and reporting in designated systems.
