Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and relationships with stakeholders.
• Balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Spanish speaking skills to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations for concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management for project execution.
• supervise all concrete construction processes on site.
• Ensure manpower and material expenditures stay within budget.
• Organize and schedule field labor; ensure performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for plan harmony.
• Maintain quality and budget on concrete work.
• Track progress and report daily/weekly.
• Capture/report field manpower time accurately.
• Monitor productivity and foresee delays; propose solutions.
