Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management for project execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality and budget maintenance in concrete construction.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Accurately track/time reporting for field manpower.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with solutions.
