Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Systems Specialist/Technician to support data center construction sites with preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of BAS/BMS systems. You will travel extensively to client sites to ensure proper functioning and performance of HVAC and related controls.

The role requires 3+ years in BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls, familiarity with major BAS/BMS platforms, and willingness to travel 70-100% (lighter if located in OH/NV/WI).

Qualifications

3+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
Willingness to travel to client sites roughly 70-100% of the time. If local to OH, NV, WI, travel will be lighter.
Familiarity with one or more BAS/BMS systems: Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other
Experience with Data center construction projects

Responsibilities

Travel to data center construction sites for preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of systems with minimal supervision.
Perform point-to-point checkouts and troubleshoot HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
Complete required project documentation and ensure proper functioning and performance
