Job summary

Jobot is seeking a controls specialist to perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls. This role is primarily field-based, with ~80% of time spent at customer sites and a company vehicle provided for travel.

You will conduct start-up, testing and diagnostics across system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium retrofit projects, contributing to reliable building operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with major BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell.

Responsibilities
