Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced systems specialist/technician to travel to data center construction sites and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations and commissioning of BAS/BMS systems with minimal supervision in Nevada.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and control issues, complete project documentation, and contribute to building performance across client sites. This role requires 70-100% travel, with lighter travel if local to OH, NV, or WI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
• Willingness to travel to client sites roughly 70-100% of the time. If local to OH, NV, WI, travel will be lighter.
• Familiarity with one or more BAS/BMS systems (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta, Distech, Honeywell, or similar)
• Experience with Data center construction projects

Responsibilities

• Travel to data center construction sites and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of systems with minimal supervision.
• Point-to-point checkouts and troubleshooting of HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; complete required project documentation.
