We are a hiring for a leading independent building controls provider serving the Data Center industry who partner with global and regional customers to design, implement, and optimize building automation, energy management, and critical-power systems. The field teams deliver hands-on engineering, commissioning, and service excellence for mission-critical environments.

Role Overview

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing of building automation and HVAC systems under minimal supervision.
• Perform point-to-point checks to verify proper installation of controls systems and complete system commissioning with device verification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; ensure accurate project documentation.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through direct on-site engagement and clear communications.

Required: Strong experience in HVAC BAS commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting; ability to program/load graphics and test software; good customer-facing communication; documentation discipline; ability to diagnose/network integration issues.
